Community Spotlight

We also work to build vibrant communities with our volunteerism and financial support. Among many others, Messer helps the Metro United Way, Fund for the Arts, American Red Cross, and the American Heart Association. Messer’s efforts to include minority- and woman-owned businesses on every project also help build our community. IN 2010, more than 11% or nearly $5 million dollars of Louisville’s total spend of $40 million were spent with certified M/WBE’s.

Messer believes in supporting the community where we work, live and raise our families.  By striving to be an excellent community partner, Messer has contributed more than $400,000 and numerous volunteer hours to the Louisville community since 2006.  Messer professionals dedicate their leadership talents and serve as key roles on community service boards and committees.
