Design Build (DB)

Our extensive design-build experience includes work for health care, higher education, public, military, and commercial clients. This delivery has a single point of responsbility which can simplify project administration for the owner. It promotes a team approach and provides an environment where the design can be shaped to meet the owner's budget and can facilitate a faster project schedule.

Construction Management Agency (CMa)

Messer has done more than $300 million worth of construction with CMa in the last five years. This delivery use a team approach. The construction manager provides creative input, as well as stronger planning and construction expertise during the design phase. This allows the CMa to provide reliable cost estimates earlier in the process and can reduce the change order rate during the project.

Construction Manager-at-Risk (CMr)
