Messer Construction Co. Names Two Officers

Messer Construction Co. recently named Kevin Cozart and Mark Hill Officers. As Officers, they will serve nearly 800 employees.
Cozart joined Messer in 2001 with more than 18 years of building experience. He served as Senior Project Executive in Dayton, OH before being promoted to Vice President of Operations. He provides executive support for and serves as administrative leader of projects including the award-winning Wright Patterson Air Force Base Airman’s Dormitory, the University of Dayton Marycrest Hall Renovation and the University of Dayton RecPlex. Cozart’s leadership role has helped Messer create long-term relationships with Dayton Clients.
Hill began as a co-op and joined Messer in 1987. He served as a Senior Project Executive in Lexington, KY before being promoted to Vice President of Operations. His most recent project was the renovation and expansion of the University of Kentucky Memorial Coliseum. Hill’s project experience includes completing the first LEED certified project in Kentucky for Berea College. Hill has a proven ability to understand the goals and vision of clients.
