Messer Names Magnotta Professional Development Manager

(February 26, 2009)  Cincinnati, Ohio – Messer Construction Co. has named Mike Magnotta to the position of Professional Development Manager.

Magnotta brings nearly 20 years of experience to the position, where he will work to identify and recruit candidates for employment at Messer and support the evaluation process for prospective employees. He is experienced in all aspects of the recruiting process including on-campus recruiting and working with third-party recruiters. He has also designed and delivered recruiting training and managed applicant tracking system technology.

Prior to joining Messer, he served as corporate recruiter for a Dayton-based national engineering firm.

Magnotta is a graduate of Wright State University and has earned his Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
