Messer Announces Promotions for 10 Employees

Cincinnati, Ohio – Messer Construction Co. announces the promotion of 10 employees to new positions.
Two promotions were announced in the Cost Planning & Estimating Department:
• Tim Trucco to Senior Estimator – Full-time at Messer since 2000, Trucco graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Civil Engineering.
• Lee Owens to Estimating Manager - Owens began his career with Messer in 2005 and is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
The following eight individuals were promoted to Project Manager:
• David Habel – Habel began his career with Messer in 2007 and is a graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in Civil Engineering.
• Lou Horn – Horn joined Messer full time in 2007 after graduating from the University of Cincinnati with a Construction Management degree.
• Josh Jacobs – Jacobs has been with Messer full time since 2006, having graduated from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology with a Civil Engineering degree.
• Chad Lynch – Lynch earned both his Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering Management and his Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University. He joined Messer full-time in 2007.
• Steve Mallin – Mallin started with Messer in 2005 after graduating from Miami University with a Master’s degree in Economics. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Cincinnati in Civil Engineering.
• Alison Purdon – An Ohio State University graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Purdon began at Messer in 2005.
• Andy Schultz – Schultz joined Messer full time in 2006. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Construction Management.
• Kenny Weisker – Weisker joined Messer full-time in 2005 after graduating from the University of Cincinnati with a Civil Engineering degree and has earned LEED accreditation from the US Green Building Council.
