Andy began his career with Messer in 1991 as a co-op while studying for his bachelor’s degree in construction management from the University of Cincinnati. He earned his degree three years later in 1994. Andy is experienced in managing complex commercial construction projects including education, medical, office, and entertainment facilities. He has been involved with project management technology applications for more than 20 years and as a result leads the construction innovation team called Operations Technology Solutions.
Andy’s charge is to apply advanced technology applications to improve Messer’s construction management processes. He develops and manages the company’s advanced capabilities and strategies for collaboratively utilizing Building Information Modeling on projects. Andy’s expertise is sought by owners to develop strategies, leverage building information from design and construction and improve the facility lifecycle management. Andy supports his community by serving on the board of directors of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) Southwest Ohio Chapter.
