Braden joined Messer in 2003. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Dayton. Braden’s experience includes several projects completed for Miami University and the Univerity of Dayton. Braden also plays an active role in Meser's Dayton region quality committee, recruiting efforts and professional development series.

In the community, Braden has been highly involved with the March of Dimes as an Executive Committee Member of the Board since 2014 and the Logistics Chair of the March for Babies Walk. Braden is also involved with the Univerity of Dayton School of Engineering Dean’s Industry Advisors Counsel and Leadership Dayton.
