Nick's career with Messer began in 1999 after graduating with a B.S. in civil engineering from the University of Cincinnati the same year. In 2008, he earned LEED accreditation from the Green Building Certification Institute, making him a LEED AP®. Over the past 18 years, Nick was promoted into roles with increased responsibilities including senior project manager, project executive, Health Care Vice President, and Vice President of Process Improvement. Most notably, Nick has led the Health Care Task Force for a number of years, and led the successful integration of Lean principles into the Messer culture.
In this role, Nick will have responsibility for Human Resources, Professional Development, and Administrative Services. Nick will also maintain his role in leading Continuous Improvement efforts across the company.
