Ryan joined Messer in 1998 as a co-op, while studying civil engineering at the University of Cincinnati. He received his B.S. degree in 2001. During the first several years, Ryan worked on projects across multiple regions until relocating to Indianapolis, Indiana, in 2006 to be part of the team to launch and develop that region. Over the past ten plus years, Ryan’s project experience includes the Ball State University Pittenger Student Center, Minton-Capehart Federal Building, Major Hospital Replacement Hospital, and multiple projects at Indiana University. Ryan is active in his community serving on the board for the Marion County Historical Society, a team lead for the ACE Mentor program, a coach for The Refuge, and as a business mentor for the Hispanic Business Council.
