Jim Glasener
Indianapolis Region Operations Vice President
Jim began his career with Messer as a co-op in 1994 and joined the company full-time after graduating from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Construction Management.
He worked in Messer’s Columbus region from 1997 to 2010 before relocating to the Indianapolis region, where he has provided leadership across a wide range of complex construction projects. His experience spans multiple delivery methods and market sectors, including Construction Manager as Constructor, Integrated Project Delivery, Design-Build, General Contractor (Lump Sum), and CMa. Jim’s project portfolio includes work in health care, higher education, aviation, manufacturing, food and beverage, science and technology, and commercial markets. Notable clients include Indiana University, Indianapolis Airport Authority, Indiana University Health, Roche Diagnostics, Sugar Foods, Ball State University and Nationwide Realty Investors.
Jim is active in the community and has served as Board President for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Indiana. He is currently engaged with the Indiana Sports Corp. and is also a veteran of the United States Navy.
