Matt Monnin

Matt began his career with Messer in 1994 as a co-op. He earned a bachelor’s degree in civil and environmental engineering from the University of Cincinnati (in 1997) and later a master’s degree in business administration from Capital University (in 2001). He is also a graduate of Leadership Columbus Class of 2008.

Matt gained increased responsibilities and roles throughout his career. His range of experience includes cost planning and estimating, construction project management, and business development. His expertise and leadership led to his current role as senior vice president leading project development, which encompasses Business Development, Cost Planning and Estimating, and Marketing and Communication. He’s also responsible for the strategic direction of Messer’s Aviation, Health Care, Higher Education, Federal/Military, Food and Beverage, Manufacturing, and Science and Technology market segments.

Matt is active in the community and serves as a board member for A Kid Again.
