Vice President, Science and Technology

Tom started his career with Messer in 1997 upon graduating from the University of Kentucky with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. Since then, his roles and responsibilities have progressed to his current position as Operations Vice President and Science and Technology Market Coordinator. With a focus on the science and technology market, Tom serves as the executive lead for many notable clients, such as Roche Diagnostics and Cook Regentec, overseeing Messer’s portfolio of world-class pharmaceutical, research and development, agricultural and science, and data centers. As an original member of the team to launch and develop the Indianapolis region, Tom assumed this role utilizing his experience with a variety of building types. Because of the market needs and foreseen opportunities, he began concentrating on the Science and Technology market.

Tom was recently active in both community and trade-based organizations, which included board positions for Franklin Youth Baseball, Indiana Construction Roundtable. Boards of NAMI Greater Indianapolis, Indiana ACI and a variety of committees have all benefitted from his service as well. Tom has also been a requested speaker by Ball State University’s Construction Management Student Organization.
