Knoxville Mayor Delivers State of the City Address at Public Safety Complex

Our Knoxville project team working onsite at the new Public Safety Complex hosted the City of Knoxville’s State of the City and luncheon presented by Mayor Indya Kincannon. Construction is progressing as the team is transforming the vacant St. Mary’s Hospital campus into a 210,000-square-foot police and fire department headquarters. The project includes significant demolition of the existing hospital and renovation of three campus buildings and will consist of a firearm shooting range, forensics departments, courthouse, 911 auxiliary call center and forensic garage.
