Messer Co-ops Come Together to Learn, Have Fun

Fifteen Messer senior co-ops from several Messer regions gathered over the summer to:

• Network with fellow co-ops from other regions
• Share presentations with executives about their co-op experience
• Learn more about DE&I including workforce diversity
• Talk to past co-ops who are now Messer employees, including a meet and greet with the CEO
• Go on a jobsite tour
• Attend a Reds game

Adrienne Palmer, Learning and Development Specialist, organized and facilitated the events. She shared, “It is very important to invest time to engage with students. This event is meant to give co-ops an opportunity to interact with Messer employees from a variety of roles in the company. We want co-ops to know what Messer has to offer.”

Messer has more than 100 talented co-ops and interns annually throughout our regions. Over the past 53 years, these students have gained valuable professional experience across a variety of roles while still in school. Thanks to all the students who choose Messer Construction Co.
