Nashville International Airport (BNA) Terminal Garage and Airport Administration Building

We Are Building

Construction included the demolition and removal of the existing garage and pedestrian walkway with the addition of a new parking garage, 64,000 sf airport administration building, and a large pedestrian plaza that consists of landscaping, water features, outdoor seating and public art.

Features and Facts

Maintaining pedestrian access from the terminal to the CONRAC required covered pedestrian tunnels with signage and wayfinding. In order to get the garage up-and-running as soon as possible, our team developed a plan to open the garage to the public prior to the completion of the administration building.

The administration building is designed to meet LEED Silver and the garage is designed to meet ParkSmart Bronze level certification.
