John W. Bricker Federal Building Renovation and Parking Garage Repair

We Are Building
Originally built in 1977, the Bricker Federal Building occupies two-thirds of a city block in downtown Columbus and is bound by public streets on all sides. Renovations emcompassed seven stories and 26,000 sf. Upgrades were made to HVAC and modifications were made to power distribution. A new energy management system was also installed.
Features and Facts
Our team kept the Federal Office Building 100% operational during the course of the project. We phased and coordinated all work activities around the needs of the employees and the building’s various tenants. The project was delivered with substantial completion nearly one month early.
