Atrium Health Cleveland Chiller Replacement and CEP Addition

This project included the replacements of two centrifugal chillers with one new 1200-ton chiller, existing chilled water pumps, condenser water pumps, heat exchanger, controls, and cooling tower. There was also a 400 sf addition to the side of the existing chiller plant, housing new switchgear, distribution cabinets and Variable Frequency Drives.

Two projects were performed simultaneously to save time and money with fewer shutdowns.
