Renovation to this existing office/warehouse included exterior upgrades, new roofing and interior fit-out, and a new core lab consisting of a BSL-3 lab, chemistry lab, histology lab, microbiology lab and molecular lab. 

Features and Facts

Repurposing this 1980’s office/warehouse space to a fully compliant and high-performing lab required special focus on building envelope and systems. During the project, as Mount Carmel implemented changes to consolidate lab services, the user group underwent multiple changes. Messer’s knowledge of theire expectations helped drive project success.
