We Are Building

This 120,528 sf remodel involved the addition of multi-use spaces, two restaurants and meeting rooms; replacement of the chiller, boiler and two air handler units; and an updated steam system. 

Features and Facts

The project’s location on campus required extensive site logistics, planning and phasing to ensure construction activities didn’t compromise student safety while minimizing disruption to daily operations.
