3M is a global manufacturing company that produces a wide range of products, most notably Post-it® Notes. All production takes place at the Cynthiana, KY, facility. The warehouse provides a dedicated storage space for all paper materials needed for production, which alleviated the need for a leased storage space.

Features and Facts

Despite record-setting rainfall during construction, Messer worked hand-in-hand with 3M to effectively minimize the weather’s impact on the project schedule.
