Cook Regentec is a world renowned biotechnology company dedicated to the development of research and clinical tools for regenerative medicine therapies. This project involved a 20,000 sf renovation of an existing warehouse into class-A office space, including upgrades to the building envelope and reconfiguration of the existing site to provide additional parking and security for employees and visitors. 

Features and Facts

Our project approach emphasized the implementation of Integrated Project Delivery methodology and concepts in order to create a collaborative cross functional team with shared vision. The facility remained fully dried-in throughout all phasing, building envelope and site construction. We coordinated extensively to ensure the safety of all Cook Regentec stakeholders, while minimizing disruption to daily operation.

Flow Scheduling reduced increments of work for our field crews by coupling activities together to improve performance and enhance project schedule.
