City of Columbus - 77 North Front Street Renovation & Addition
With more than 750,000 residents, the City of Columbus has the challenging task of providing cost effective and efficient civil services to residents. To streamline several city buildings into one central facility, the City of Columbus renovated the Old Police Headquarters into a new office building.
- Renovated the abandoned police headquarters into 130,000 sf of modern office space
- Five-story exterior glass curtain wall addition
- Numerous historic elements were restored, including interior marble, exterior granite and limestone, interior metal railings, exterior metal window frames, and two large granite statues
