Paycor, Inc. Corporate Headquarters
Paycor quickly outgrew their previous office and sought a construction manager to lead the new headquarters. With construction beginning in January, saturated soil conditions and frigid temperatures threatened the budget and schedule of this project. However, Messer overcame these obstacles with Lean Construction and Paycor’s headquarters opened one week ahead of schedule.
The building features an iconic glass wall in the lobby up to the roof. Messer worked with the design team and key subcontractors to redesign the glass wall’s support system. The solution maintained the aesthetics of the wall while reducing the cost by nearly $150,000.
