Description

This project is a 6,500 sf renovation of an existing residence space for the Graduate School of Medicine residents. It includes aesthetic upgrades and floor layout reconfiguration.

Features

  • Within the building’s basement, domestic water supply shutoff valves were not working and required a coordinated shutdown. The Messer team and plumbing contractor successfully performed a weekend shutdown and installed new valves for
    future usage.
  • Many of the plumbing tie-ins above the acoustical ceiling were completed outside of normal occupation hours to avoid user disturbance.
