Description

This is a 11,780 sf renovation of a former newspaper building to create supply and retail spaces for Ephraim McDowell and facility management offices in the basement.

Features

This project consisted of two phases, requiring extensive scheduling and coordination with subcontractors and owners in order to meet deadlines.
Flow Scheduling was used to coordinate subcontractors and get the work completed in the tight construction schedule set by the owners and stakeholders.
