Description

This is a 33,450 sf renovation of existing office space and new office space for various CMS departments.

Features

  • Through our use of Reverse Phase Scheduling (RPS) - a Lean Construction tool - and other scheduling tools, the project was kept on track allowing it to be completed on schedule despite owner-requested scope additions.
  • This project was successfully completed with zero recordable or lost time incidents.
