Description

This project includes a 120,000 sf, four-story structural steel frame office building . Additionally, it has a 38,000 sf of tenant fit-out across two floors, and a 200,000 sf two-story parking garage with 654-car capacity adjacent to the office building.

Features

  • The project team worked to ensure the exterior commissioning of Office Building 2 was completed as planned.
  • The building features a full-height glass curtainwall at the north and south entrances.
