This three-story new academic building consolidates the health professions programs in one central location. It includes state-of-the-art research labs, active learning classrooms, collaborative learning spaces, and clinic and diagnostic space for the local community.

Features

  • Due to its location on campus, the building has two main entrances to help student traffic flow from multiple directions.
  • The building is not connected to existing steam and chilled water lines and has stand-alone hot water boilers and chillers.
  • Our team addressed site challenges including a 10’ grade change, power lines, and poles.
