Description

Berea College's new technology building is a four story, 48,000 sf building. The work includes sitework and utilities, new concrete substructure and steel superstructure, exterior and interior finishes and complete building systems.

  • The project is in the middle of campus.
  • Site logistics, safety plan and constant communication with the college are key to minimizing disruption for school activities and deliveries to the project site.
  • The project team is utilizing Messer's innovative services and talent including safety 5S, Flow Scheduling, Quality Leadership System, and our Craftforce to self-perform work.
