Description

This facility is a 4-story, 167,000-sf health sciences building featuring a wellness center, health clinic, gross anatomy suite, wet and dry labs, nursing simulation labs, exam rooms, office suites, classrooms, study spaces, and a café. The scope of work included the demolition of the existing 30,000-sf academic building.

  • Working collaboratively with Miami, our team was able to refine the design to compliment and advance the campus design language.
  • Situated in a busy academic campus, extensive planning and coordination were required to ensure a safe and successful project completion.
  • Project costs were reduced through our involvement in the value engineering process and ability to effectively manage and deliver the construction phase.
