Description

This is a new two-story, 320,000 sf airplane hangar that can accommodate two Boeing 777 aircrafts at once with additional office space. DHL Logistics had the need for the facility to ultimately assist with aircraft maintenance in-house instead of sending aircrafts to a different airport. The facility will also protect ramps which can help ensure safety of employees from poor weather conditions.

Features

  • Messer was provided electrical gear from the owner, circumventing the long lead time of that same equipment if we had ordered it. This gear is considered critical path on our schedule and helps to account for other delays.
