Description

This new 111,000 sf, 2-story medical office building includes four ORs/prep bays, two X-Rays, an MRI, mobility clinic, PACU, pharmacy, lab, occupational therapy, speech hearing sound booths, and behavioral health spaces. It features outdoor areas such as a therapy yard, turf field, half- court basketball court, playground equipment, track, football field, and sports therapy space.

Features

  • Due to our commitment to diversity and economic inclusion, Messer is on track to achieve 30% M/WBE participation.
  • Flow scheduling is helping enhance speed to market by completing repetitive building elements productively and efficiently.
  • Messer used Value Engineering to decrease cost by taking the building from three stories to two, and increasing the size of the second floor.
  • Large sections of the exterior wall were prefabricated for quick installation. There were also 10-foot sections of pipes that were prefabricated.
