Description

This 120,528 sf remodel involved the addition of multi-use spaces, two restaurants and meeting rooms; replacement of the chiller, boiler and two air handler units; and an updated steam system.

 

 

Features

  • The project’s location on campus required extensive site logistics, planning and phasing to ensure construction activities didn’t compromise student safety while minimizing disruption to daily operations.
