Description

Messer removed the exterior brick skin to include new metal panel skin and windows. There is also new insulation, supplemental framing, densglass sheathing and air barrier.

  • The project team provided extensive, timely budgeting and constructability reviews as well as on-site inspections to document existing conditions.
  • Messer Craftforce self-performed all demolition, supplemental framing, insulation, sheathing, drywall replacement/repairs as well as the building and dismantling of the hydraulic scaffold system for access to building skin.
