Description

This project is a 152,625 sf renovation and 5,500 sf of new construction. It will include consolidation of all 16 operating rooms, renovation of the Sterile Processing Department, relocation of procedure rooms, renovation of acute care bed spaces to optimize patient care and renovation of non-clinical spaces.

Features

  • The project is incorporating Integrated Project Delivery concepts including Target Value Design to drive the schedule.
  • There will be approximately 26 renovation phases over the course of the project. Special care will be taken to ensure hospital operation's are not impacted.
