Description

This project is a two-story, 24,761 sf library that serves as the central hub of the Donelson community. It includes a 21,716 sf parking garage under the library and features a large multi-purpose room for community gatherings, designated children and teen areas, private study rooms, and seating and study tables throughout. Additionally, the site includes pet-friendly hydration stations, outside seating, bike racks, and a large green space.

Features

  • The library uses green energy through features such as a geothermal heating and cooling system, a 100 kW solar array and electric vehicle charging stations.
  • Seeking LEED Gold certification.
