Description

This project includes an 180,000 sf office building to consolidate four city departments to once central downtown location with an eight-story, 700-car parking garage.

Features

  • This high profile project required meeting and coordination with several City of Columbus entities, including the Downtown Commission, the Mayor’s office, Departments of Public Service and Utility, and Recreation and Parks.
  • A substantial amount of the site utility installation required night and weekend only construction due to the high traffic and sensitive areas around City Hall and the Police Headquarters.
