Description

This project is a 282,320 sf structure with a 174-vehicle parking garage. It features a 20-story glass and pour in place/post tension
concrete, 21 urban-style lofts and 88 condos that offer breathtaking views of the city skyline and Scioto River. 

Features

  • Messer collaborated for two years with NRI, assisting with programming, cost analysis and constructability. We worked with the owners and guided them through the process of establishing and maintaining the project’s budget and setting the project’s construction schedule.
  • The project is located in the popular, heavily-traveled entertainment district, safety and logistics were our main focuses. Messer coordinated with adjacent businesses and ensured that construction would not interrupt operations within the Nationwide Arena District.
