Description

Includes the relocation of two secondary packing lines, rebuild of overhead canister conveyors and installation of a new prefabricated making system to enhance production. Also includes the expansion and modification of utilities (steam, power, compressed air, sewer, water, HVAC, and natural gas) to support new equipment. The addition of the new packing line in the vacated space requires overhead conveyor reconfiguration.

  • Messer self-performed exterior concrete work, GMP curtains for infection control, general cleaning and some demolition.
  • EGC (an operating unit of Messer) self-performed steel erection, piping, millwright and electrical work.
