Description

Norton West Louisville Hospital is the first medical center built west of 9th street in more than 150 years. The new 96,000 sf, two story hospital includes 15 emergency department beds, 20 inpatient beds, two operating rooms, sterile processing, labs, inpatient pharmacy, retail pharmacy, imaging department, dining and general physician space.

  • The project had a fast-paced schedule which was managed by the Harmon | Messer team with Flow Scheduling.
  • This was the first Urban Workforce Development Initiative (UWDI) project in Louisville, with a total of 15 workers trained.
  • Our M/WBE workforce utilization was 51%.
  • Louisville Business First's Commercial Real Estate Project of the Year.
