Description

The project team is renovating an existing 10,000 sf conference space into an outpatient clinic for OhioHealth's new Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) Program, plus renovating the existing patient floor for new BMT ICU level patient rooms and oncology patient rooms.

Features

  • The patient floor renovation is between two active floors. All of the BMT rooms must be pressure tested.
  • Sophisticated HVAC controls were installed to ensure the correct pressure relationships are consistently maintained and monitored.
