Description

This project includes a five-story, 614-space parking deck complete with an elevator, two stairwells and 16 handicap accessible parking spaces. Additionally, it also has two entrances and exits at Spring Street and Corban Avenue Southwest.

Features

  • This was a very tight site surrounded on three sides by city street and an access drive on the fourth side that is heavily used by the adjacent businesses.
  • Given the proximity to surrounding buildings, the project team placed three seismic monitors to ensure little movement in the surrounding soils.
  • The garage is equipped with a Parking Control System.
  • Nested controlled access area on decks 3 & 4 allow confirmed parking for City employees.
