Description

This project includes the demolition of the existing grandstand with an 800-seat grandstand and terrace area, plus a new three-story trackside facility that houses all racing operations, simulcast, broadcasting and event spaces.

  • The cantilevered canopy over the grandstand is a significant element of the project.
  • Messer's craftforce is performing the concrete and general trades portion of the project.
