Description

This 30,000 facility included the demolition of the existing grandstand with a larger grandstand and terrace area, plus a new three-story trackside facility that houses all racing operations, simulcast, broadcasting and event spaces. 

Features

  • The cantilevered canopy over the grandstand was a significant element of the project.
  • Messer's craftforce performed the concrete and general trades portion of the project.
