Description

Included the renovation of an existing 13-story residence hall spanning 176,510 square feet, plus a 13,000 square foot addition for the adjacent MarketPointe dining facility. Upgrades to the residence hall include expanded floorspace in hallways and rooms, private restrooms, a new common lounge, study areas, laundry facilities, and kitchen space.

Features

  • The residence hall has not undergone any significant renovations since it opened in 1967.
  • This is the first project in Ohio to utilize Mega Panels—large, prefabricated exterior wall panels made up of several building elements and material types used to upgrade the facade of the building.
