Description

This three-story, 13,000 sf steel structure expansion included a new addition with kitchen and lobby space. Renovations to the existing space included new entrances and restrooms. The second and third floors were built out for future administrative offices.

Features

  • The project site was situated in the center of an active parking garage project site also being led by Messer. Both of our project teams coordinated extensively with each other to ensure safety and minimize disruptions to construction operations.
