Description

This project included 37,100 sf renovation to the north wing and basement and renovation to the existing high-bay laboratory to incorporate a two-story, 9,500 sf elevated administrative space. Additionally, two new chillers were installed and the MEP systems were upgraded to include 13 new AHUs.

Features

  • The project was designed and constructed to include perimeter security/alarm notification systems, security control systems, and floor to ceiling sound.
  • All ceilings except for the anechoic chamber were removed and replaced. The control room for the anechoic chamber was expanded and modernized to enhance test control operations.
