Leadership diversity and development

Messer is driving inclusion in the construction industry through an innovative leadership program that focuses on the intentional, accelerated, growth of diverse and female Craftforce professionals.

The program is called the Craftforce Diversity Leadership Program (CDLP) focused on:

  1. Building a strong pipeline of diverse and female apprentices
  2. Providing opportunities to develop and stretch leadership skills
  3. Identifying talented diverse and female individuals for focused coaching/mentoring
  4. Increasing the number of diverse and female foremen
  5. Supporting CDLP participants to drive enthusiasm and engagement from future participants

The continued efforts of the CDLP participants, their mentors and supportive leaders across the company will build increased diverse and female leadership within our Craftforce and change the face of our jobsites and industry.
