Supplier Diversity

We strive to broaden minority-, women- and veteran-owned and small business involvement to be more reflective of the communities we serve.

Begin your partnership with Messer in three steps:

  • Do Your Research. Our goal is to provide the opportunity for you to successfully compete on our projects that match your capacity, skillset and financial strength. Review other areas of the website to gain a better understanding of Messer's culture, services and project experience.
  • Get Certified. We accept current certifications from the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC), the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) and the National Veteran Business Development Council, as well as most federal, state or municipal certifications.
  • Get Registered. All of our subcontractors and suppliers are required to complete the subcontractor enrollment process on the Messer Business Portal (MBP). The MBP provides clarity of compliance documents, process transparency and faster turnaround time on all documents submitted.

Inclusion Drives Innovation

This is accomplished through:

  • Messer’s Economic Inclusion Department.
  • Messer’s Supplier Diversity Leadership Team.
  • Engaging qualified suppliers who have the desire to build capacity and human resources.
  • Engaging in professional organizations that serve minorities and women.
  • Recruiting and training the best diverse talent to drive innovative thinking.
