Description

Renovation of a 1,270 sf existing care connect space into a new endoscopy pre-op area. This project involves selective demolition of architectural and mechanical systems to meet new space requirements. The new space will include five pre-op bed spaces, a restroom facility, and clean and soiled spaces.

Features

  • The hospital is remaining open during construction. We are maintaining a high level of communication with the owner and staff to ensure safety and minimize disruption to patient care.
  • We are working carefully to ensure this space matches existing finishes and hospital standards.
  • This project is taking place above an active patient floor which required advanced planning to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently, around the patients and staff in the space.
