Description

Renovation of a 1,270 sf existing care connect space into a new endoscopy pre-op area. This project involved selective demolition of architectural and mechanical systems to meet new space requirements. The new space includes five pre-op bed spaces, a restroom facility, and clean and soiled spaces.

Features

  • The hospital remained open during construction as we maintained a high level of communication with the owner and staff to ensure safety and minimize disruption to patient care.
  • This project was above an active patient floor which required advanced planning to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently, around the patients and staff in the space.
